Learnerships
Learnerships are structured 12-month long programmes in which a learner engages in theoretical and practical learning. Successful completion leads to an occupational related qualification registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF) with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). All our learnership are accredited with the correct, respective SETA.
Skills Development Expenditure
Skills Development for B-BBEE purposes is simply measured as the expenditure incurred by a company versus its annual payroll cost (expressed as a percentage). Skills Development is a priority element to comply with in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Codes.
